We take Health & Safety and Fire Safety extremley seriously.  

Current legislation requires compliance with a wide range of Health and Safety & Fire Safety regulations, which is an ever changing and challenging world.  These are above and beyond those set out in the lease.

There can be serious consequences for clients and managers  if these regulations are ignored or neglected. Southern Counties Management strives to comply with Fire Safety & Health and Safety requirements in all common areas.  

We work with specialists in their field to carry out the required Fire Risk assessments, Health & Safety Assessments, Electrical Safety checks, Asbestos surveys and Testing of water tanks among other regularitary requirements.
