There can be serious consequences for clients and managers if these regulations are ignored or neglected. Southern Counties Management strives to comply with Fire Safety & Health and Safety requirements in all common areas.
We work with specialists in their field to carry out the required Fire Risk assessments, Health & Safety Assessments, Electrical Safety checks, Asbestos surveys and Testing of water tanks among other regularitary requirements.
